❯ Neolix closes nearly $400 million Series E to expand autonomous-delivery operations

More capital after deployment21st Century Business Herald’s financing report said Neolix announced a nearly $400 million Series E on October 20, co-led by Boyu and an unnamed national-level fund, with Alibaba’s AEF NextGen and others participating. Its more than $600 million Series D took place in 2025 and is separate from this week’s new funding.

Delivering transport capacityNeolix supplies autonomous delivery vehicles and transport services, principally for parcel and logistics customers. Buyers assess daily delivery capacity, maintenance response and lifecycle cost. The company reports more than 30,000 Level 4 vehicles operating across over 300 cities in nearly 20 countries, with more than 260 million kilometers traveled. These operational figures do not establish revenue or profitability.

Building the service networkProceeds support operating networks, end-to-end model development and local service hubs in key markets. Larger fleets bring continuing maintenance, fulfillment and support requirements. Investors’ industrial and logistics connections can help open markets, while commercial outcomes still require orders and reliable delivery. The financing extends vehicle and technology deployment into the resources needed for routine operations.

▮ SIGNALAt fleet scale, autonomous-delivery funding expands beyond vehicle research into maintenance, fulfillment and service networks.
