• list_financing — Filter by company, sector, country, type, evidence, minimum USD amount, date range or investor. Sort by date or amount; paginate with offset and limit.
• get_company_financing — Exact company name or company_slug, oldest first; set exact=false for partial matching. Repeat coverage is not a new round.
