Bloomberg says Meta is preparing a potential $20 billion-plus cross-border bond sale
According to Bloomberg, Meta Platforms is lining up a potential cross-border, investment-grade bond offering to raise at least $20 billion, with the size able to grow if demand is strong. The transaction was still in the marketing and interest-gauging stage, and Meta had not made a final decision. Bloomberg said Citigroup and Morgan Stanley were arranging investor calls for Monday and Tuesday, and the deal would mark Meta’s debut euro bond offering and its first major debt sale in about six months.
